A prepped item sells in days. A dirty one sits for weeks. Spend thirty minutes on this list before you drop off and you'll be holding a payout statement that much sooner.

- 01Wash off mud, grass clippings, oil, cobwebs — even a hose and shop towel makes a huge difference
- 02Top off fluids if it runs (fuel, hydraulic, engine oil); note any leaks honestly
- 03Charge the battery or pull it; let us know either way
- 04Gather every key, fob, attachment, manual, service receipt, and original invoice
- 05Confirm hour-meter / odometer reading and write it down
- 06If it doesn't run, write a one-liner explaining why and what you've tried

- 01Pull all personal data first OR confirm in writing you want us to wipe it (we wipe every drive securely either way)
- 02Note specs: CPU, RAM, storage, GPU, OS — even rough numbers help us list it accurately
- 03Power it on once and confirm it boots; jot down anything weird (fans, beeps, no display)
- 04Gather original power adapter, cables, keyboard, mouse, monitor stand — accessories add value
- 05If you have the original box or receipt, bring it
Photos
What buyers actually need to see
- 01Daylight, outdoors if possible — direct sun is fine
- 02Full machine from front, both sides, and rear
- 03Engine bay / open panels with light shining in
- 04Tires, tracks, hours, serial plate, model tag — close-up and readable
- 05Any damage, rust, leaks, or wear — be honest, photos build trust with buyers
